    Our annual membership meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 12th. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I’d like to propose some alternatives to our traditional annual membership meeting, which typically takes place inside with all of us huddled around the table.

    Option 1: Conduct the meeting outside on the front porch. This is obviously weather dependent. It would likely involve temporarily moving much of the wood furniture to make room for folding tables.

    Option 2: In the event of rain, conduct the annual meeting in the new barn with the doors open and fans set up to increase ventilation.

    Option 3: Conduct the annual meeting remotely via zoom.

    Although a lot may change between now and September 12th, I think it’s worth opening up the discussion now. Thoughts?
